The preview event

Instead of traditional private negotiations, qualified buyers are invited to determine the property's market value through a transparent, time-limited preview event. Offers may be submitted and improved only during the published event window; each new offer must exceed the current leading offer by the posted minimum increment.

Qualification

Creating an account does not make you a qualified buyer. Submitting an offer requires an approved qualification, which is reviewed at the seller's discretion based on the proof of funds or financing documentation you provide.

Offers

An offer submitted through this site is a structured expression of interest, not a binding contract. Offer amounts are ranked and displayed net of any disclosed agent fee. Buyer identities remain confidential; only offer amounts are shown publicly. The seller reserves the right to accept, reject, or decline to act on any offer for any reason.

Brokerage disclosure

Buyers introduced to the property through eXp Realty within the past 113 days may be subject to applicable brokerage agreements or fees.

No warranty

Property information, including appraisal and inspection materials made available to qualified buyers, is provided for convenience and is not warranted for accuracy. Prospective buyers are responsible for their own independent due diligence.
