What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and a hashed password. If you apply to become a qualified buyer we additionally collect your legal name, phone number, the entity you are purchasing through, your funding method, and the financial institution or lender involved. For financed purchases we also collect your loan officer's contact details and your pre-approved amount.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax returns, or credit reports at any point.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to review your qualification, to contact you about that review, and — if you opt in — to notify you when a higher offer is submitted during the preview event. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your uploaded documents

Proof-of-funds statements and pre-approval letters are stored in private object storage, never in a public bucket, and are served only through short-lived authenticated links. They are visible only to the seller's designated reviewer.

Who sees it

Offer amounts are displayed publicly during the event. Buyer identities are not. No other participant can see who you are, what you uploaded, or how you are funding your purchase.

How long we keep it

Qualification documents are retained through the close of the transaction and for the period required by applicable Washington real-estate recordkeeping rules, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once we are no longer required to retain it. Email the address below and we will respond within the period required by law.
